The only delivery method available for subscription orders is Colissimo home delivery (2 to 3 working days). At checkout, this delivery method is called "Shipping".
The delivery price of your subscription order is 3,90€ (instead of 5,50€ for the classic orders) in Colissimo at home (Metropolitan France only).
Home delivery is free for orders over 60€ (instead of 100€ for regular orders).
Please note: if your order contains single purchase products (excluding subscriptions), you can have your first order delivered to a Mondial Relay point. Subsequent deliveries of subscription products will be made by Colissimo at home.
Yes, if you have a discount code, you can use it for a subscription order (valid only on the 1st delivery).
For the moment, loyalty points cannot be used for a subscription order.
However, with the subscription you still collect your loyalty points ;)
You may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time up to the day before it is due to be renewed.
To do so, go to your account and click on "Pause my subscription" or "Delete my subscription" below the list of products.
