Novoma is a French brand of food supplements, founded in 2012 in the South West of France by two childhood friends, Alexandre and Lucas. Driven by the same commitments, the whole team is based in Toulouse and works daily to offer you a range of the best supplements to promote your well-being.

At Novoma, we favour French know-how!

Thus, our supplements are developed and manufactured in France in several laboratories: near Toulouse, in Brittany and in Angers. And this, in accordance with French standards and the strictest safety standards. Only our liquid liposomal vitamin C escapes the rule: it is manufactured in the United Kingdom.

Our food supplements are suitable for vegans except for our Omega 3 (fish oil) and our two Marine Collagen supplements.

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of our products, we select for you the best active ingredients (in terms of concentration, assimilation and purity). We favor patented or labeled forms.

Moreover, our supplements are manufactured in France in laboratories that respect good manufacturing practices (GMP) and exclude from the composition any controversial substance. In the interest of transparency, all certificates of analysis of our supplements are available on the product pages of the site.

The expiry date of our products is systematically greater than 1 year. You will of course find it on each of our supplements, right next to the batch number which guarantees complete traceability.

As long as they are stored at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct light, our supplements can be kept until the Best Before date indicated on the bottle (if necessary, please follow the instructions on the label).

For us, it means:

✓ Formulas free of chemical additives, controversial substances, colorants and GMOs.
✓ Plant-based wrappers (except for our Omega 3 and Marine Collagen).
✓ Cruelty free supplements (no animal testing is done).

Here are some important tips to follow when starting your treatment.

- Supplements do not replace a healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

- Follow the advice for use (dosage, duration of treatment) and the precautions for use. In case of doubt, always seek advice from a health professional.

- For best results, take your supplements regularly, at a fixed time every day.

- Do not combine supplements with the same function.

- Be patient and listen to your body.

It generally takes 2 to 3 months of consecutive treatment to fully feel the benefits of food supplements (unless otherwise indicated on the product page).

Please note that the effects of dietary supplements can vary from person to person: some people notice the benefits more or less quickly than others!

Yes, you can combine several supplements together, as long as they do not share the same active ingredients (to avoid any risk of overdosing).

We seriously considered the ecological impact of our packaging. We realized that offering compostable bottles may look good on paper, but in reality they will not decompose in your home compost. These bottles are to be deposited in industrial composters, in place in only a few cities in France. To compost them, you need not only to find the time but also to take your car which is not so practical and ecological.

As for glass, there are several negative points: an increased risk of bottle breakage (carriers are not always kind to packages!), the need to increase the amount of padding in the boxes to protect the bottles, and heavier packages due to the weight of the glass. In my experience, using glass bottles is not without consequences on the shopping experience, as receiving a damaged product is never a pleasure; moreover, it increases the number of returns of parcels to us, and therefore requires more transport (which does not do our planet any good).

This is why we have opted for recycled and recyclable R-PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, which is currently the best compromise in our eyes.

You can very well open the capsules and pour their contents into a glass of water or the drink of your choice (juice, smoothie...).

There are however some exceptions like our Probio Formula whose capsules are designed to be gastro-resistant as well as the Omega 3 (fish oil not tasting very good!).

Once your order has been placed, it goes straight into our preparation and dispatch process. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order directly on our website.

However, if you realize an error after placing your order, we invite you to contact us immediately by phone, email or via our contact form on our website. Our customer service team will do its utmost to help you and find a solution adapted to your situation.

However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be modified, as this depends on the stage of preparation and dispatch of your order. Thank you for your understanding.

As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your invoice attached. Your invoice is also available in your account in the "Orders" section.

No worries! You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return items.

The delivery rate of your order by subscription is 3,50€ by Colissimo at home (Metropolitan France). Delivery is free for orders over 50€.

Yes, if you have a discount code, you can use it for a subscription order.

For the time being, loyalty points cannot be used for a subscription order.

You will be billed immediately after you have subscribed with your first order. Then, you will be charged on the renewal date, according to the frequency . 

In addition to Metropolitan France, the subscription is available in the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

You can change the delivery date (minimum 3 days before the renewal of your subscription) from your customer account by clicking on the "View my subscription" button.

Of course! To do so, go to your customer account and click on the "View my subscription" button to modify your subscription and add the complement of your choice.

You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time up until the day before it is due to be renewed.

To do this, go to your account under "View my subscription" and then click on "Subscriptions" in the menu. Choose your subscription and then click on "Pause my subscription" or "Delete my subscription" below the list of products.

Once your order is registered, it is prepared and shipped by our logistics center in Toulouse within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day (where possible; working days only).

There is no shipping of orders on weekends and bank holidays.

The delivery times announced do not take into account the preparation time of the orders, weekends and banks holidays and are given as an indication. These are the usual delivery times; they are therefore not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are updated before payment is made. Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage.

For international orders, customs fees may be required. If your order is destined for France overseas, remember to select your region in the country field when you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your parcel which will allow you to consult the progress of your order. You can also find the tracking link directly from your customer account.

In case of error concerning the delivery address at the time of your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the change (provided that your order is not already prepared by our warehouse).

Did you check to see if a notice has been left in your mailbox? Did you ask your neighbours? Could someone else have picked up your package for you?

If no one is present to receive the delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or at the post office. A delivery notice is not necessarily left in your mailbox. Do not hesitate to check the delivery status with the tracking link (the link is in the shipping confirmation email).
