Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in many functions in the body. Found in many foods (typically in foods such as eggs, meat, fish, soybeans, spinach, liver and other organ meats), choline supports healthy brain and nerve function (involved in the manufacture of neurotransmitters), healthy growth and development, and good immune function.
